Cleopatra is a 4-year-old low medium (to the knee) girl who lives very much through connection with people. She is confident in a home environment, settles easily into everyday life, and clearly enjoys being involved in whatever her humans are doing. She approaches people openly, leaning in for closeness and affection, and shows a strong emotional bond once she feels that connection.

💔Rescue Story
Cleopatra was found abandoned together with her two puppies in Kupiansk (Kharkiv region) — a town that has become a frontline and is now almost completely destroyed, left behind as the town was preparing for occupation. They were evacuated by brave animal rescue team and brought to safety. One of her puppies has already been safely rehomed, and the other will be introduced separately. Despite this start, Cleopatra has kept her trust in people and shows strong emotional resilience.

Cleopatra lives indoors at foster home and is fully comfortable with home life. She walks perfectly on the lead and moves confidently through her surroundings. She actively seeks interaction and play, often inviting people and animals to engage with her. With other dogs, she enjoys play but can become expressive when it comes to sharing food or her chosen person. With humans, she is exceptionally gentle, affectionate, and emotionally open. Cats are tolerated calmly, without tension.

Cleopatra would do best in a home where her bond with her person is valued and nurtured. She can live as the only dog, where her priority relationship with a human is central, or with another dog in a home that understands and manages interactions around food and attention. A family with children over 8, who can confidently interact with an energetic and playful dog, would suit her well.
