Description

We are looking for really lovely homes for our beautiful Show Cocker cross Working Cocker puppies. They are being raised right in the middle of family life and are already very, very loved. Because of that, we care hugely about where they go and we won’t just let them go to the first person who asks. We’d ideally like experienced dog owners who understand how much time, attention and exercise Cockers need. They won’t be suitable for homes where they’ll be left alone all day while everyone is at work. We’d also ask that you have a safe, secure garden and plenty of time for walks, training, cuddles and all the chaos that comes with having a Cocker! Please also think carefully about the ongoing cost of owning a dog. As well as food, there’s pet insurance, vaccinations, flea and worming treatment, grooming and vet bills to consider. Dogs are a long-term commitment and things can get expensive, especially if they ever become poorly. They give so much love and bring an incredible amount of joy, but they do need to be properly provided for throughout their lives. We’ll want to get to know potential owners properly and would ask for a video call from your home, with the people the puppy will be living with there too. It’s not about being intrusive, we just need to feel completely happy that every puppy is going somewhere safe and loving. You’ll also be asked to sign a puppy contract agreeing that if your circumstances ever change and you can no longer keep your dog, they come back to us so that we can make sure they are rehomed properly. We never want one of our puppies passed around or sold on without us knowing where they have ended up. We’ll keep updating the photos as they grow and, once they are old enough, you’ll be very welcome to come and meet them. They won’t be ready to leave us until they are nine weeks old. These puppies mean a lot to us. We just want each one to end up in a home where they are adored, included in family life and treated with love and kindness for the rest of their lives. Mum and dad can be seen with the pups. We’ll be inviting prospective new owners to view them when they are bigger.
