BRITT KNOWS HOW TO TRUST CATS. NOW HE NEEDS TO LEARN THAT PEOPLE CAN BE PRETTY LOVELY TOO.
At just 9 months old, gorgeous Britt is still figuring out the world.
Currently fostered in Edinburgh, he is an incredibly gentle little boy who is wonderful with other cats. He enjoys their company and would happily share his future home with feline friends.
With people, Britt needs a little more time.
He can be nervous when he first meets you and isn't going to be the kitten who immediately launches himself onto the lap of a complete stranger.
But give him patience and let him come around in his own time, and Britt will allow you to stroke him. Slowly, he's learning that people can be trusted too.
And at only 9 months old, he has so much time ahead of him to continue blossoming.
We’re looking for someone who won't measure progress in days or expect too much too quickly. Someone who understands just how special those little milestones can be with a shy cat.
The first time he approaches you.
The first time he chooses to stay.
And eventually, perhaps, the first time he decides your lap is exactly where he belongs.
Britt can live with other cats, cat-friendly dogs and children aged 10+ who understand that he needs to build relationships at his own pace.
