Description

Here is our lovely Ruby Roo, she currently lives with her biological brother Delboy he is now 6. She has always been around children from ad young as 3 and up. She is a gentle loving little girl but requires a lot of attention and due to health complications I am unable to care for them both. I cannot walk without a stick and my health is deteriorating I no longer can climb stairs and she is too strong to be walked by my children. She is not keen on cats or small dogs. She was scratched by our elderly cat when she was little and she does not like them. She isn’t keen on small dogs either I think because she also thinks they are cats. She loves other dogs that are around her size. She follows her brother around constantly but he is slowing down now and his tolerance is a lot less he just wants to eat and sleep mostly. Ruby likes to sleep in a crate at night and if we go out she can be nervous when she is left out and this has resulted in chewing but only when she is left to her own devices. She becomes very attached and loves her humans. She really deserves the best and its really hard to be making this decision. We have tried all rescues and they do not take on large breeds. My husband works very long hours and he cannot care for her. I was a teacher and would pop back at lunch to walk the dogs and before work. I unfortunately had a car accident last year and I have a neurological condition and neck and spinal damage as a result. She has so much life left to live and love left to give. We really want her to go to a family where she will be loved and taken on adventures. We have had her since she turned 8weeks. I have photos and am still in contact with her breeder.
