Description
Templeton Cato is a fantastic example of the rare Old English goat, a traditional British landrace known for its hardiness, thriftiness and ability to thrive in all weathers. These goats are naturally robust, excellent foragers and well suited to low-input systems, making them easy and economical to keep.
Cato is only available as he is related to too many of the nanny goats I am retaining. The Old English goat is an at-risk breed recognised by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust (RBST), so this is a great opportunity to support the conservation of a historic British breed.
A strong, healthy billy with good character and true to type. Ideal for breeding hardy, traditional goats. He is heptavac, wormed and blue tongue vaccinated.
