Description
We’re looking for a kind, understanding home for our gorgeous 14-month-old saluki, greyhound and whippet cross.
He is neutered and healthy, and has been flea/worm treated regularly.
He’s very playful and loves being around people and other dogs, but can be a bit nervous around other dogs who bark a lot.
We adopted him along with his sister last year, but unfortunately they’re no longer able to stay together due to littermate syndrome and we’ve had to make the difficult decision to separate them.
He would be best suited to a home with other dogs for company, or with someone who works from home, as he’s used to being around others and thrives on companionship.
He loves playtime and getting outside, but also enjoys long naps and relaxing together - he especially enjoys a beanbag to curl up on in the evening!
It’s in his nature to love chasing things, he’ll try to chase birds and squirrels when we’re out so other small pets, like cats or chickens, would be at risk.
He’s very friendly with children but can be a bit boisterous during play if over-excited so additional caution needed if young children are around.
He’s still working on his recall, so he’ll need patient, positive training and a secure environment.
We’re looking for the best of homes, with plenty of space and love to share.
