Hi, my name is Chance.
I am looking for a new forever family as my current family’s situation has changed and they feel they can no longer give me the life I deserve.
If you think you can be my new family please read all of the below and send a message detailing the type of home and life you can offer me and any experience you have with my breed too. My new home must be the right one so please let the humans know this information.
*About me*
I’m nearly 2 and I’m neutered.
I am a staffy (that’s what I was sold to my humans as) but I’m very tall so they think I might be a cross, my neighbour guesses with a boxer!
I’m very boisterous, especially when I first meet people.
I am food oriented which helps with meeting people.
I like kids, I live with a 1 year old at the moment but due to my boisterous nature I will need proper introduction and supervision with any small humans.
I like other dogs, but again, must be with careful introduction because of my bounciness. I get on with the neighbours dogs who have been in my garden.
I am crate trained.
I have stayed in kennels when my humans went on holiday and I was a good boy.
I don’t travel too well, it makes me feel poorly.
I’m up to date with vaccines and have very recently had a vet health check.
I’m a healthy boy but I do get itchy skin and ears so I’m on a special diet to help with this.
I was good at the vets but I do lunge towards people and dogs there so I have to wait outside until it’s my turn. I can be distracted by food when the vet checks me over and don’t need to be muzzled.
I do pull on my lead so you will need to be strong enough to handle me and be prepared to work with me on this.
I will be a lovely dog for the right family and I know my new family is out there somewhere.
The lady advertising me is a family friend helping me find the best home possible, she has worked in rescue and wants me to find a great home and rescues are also more than welcome (all the ones we’ve tried are full)
