We are delighted to say that both Sky and all eight puppies are doing wonderfully. Sky is our much-loved family companion, with a beautiful, lighter-coloured coat and the lovely appearance of a pure Golden Retriever. She has a gentle, affectionate nature alongside a playful and excitable personality that makes her such a special part of our family. Sky has undergone health testing before breeding, with a recorded coefficient of inbreeding (COI) of 5.5%. Her DNA test results confirm that she is clear of the following conditions: * PRA 1 & PRA 2: Clear * ICT-A (Ichthyosis): Clear * NCL: Clear * Muscular Dystrophy: Clear Sky’s health and wellbeing have always been our priority. As a treasured family dog, we believe responsible breeding begins with prioritising the parents’ health and providing their puppies with the very best possible start in life. 🐾 Introducing Dad The puppies’ father is a handsome, dark-red Golden Retriever who has been raised as a working farm dog. He is three years old and comes from a pure Golden Retriever family line. He has undergone health testing, with the following information available: * COI: 2.6% * Eye tested * DNA tested * Fully vaccinated * Regularly treated for fleas and worms Both parents are in excellent health and, most importantly to us, are much-loved family dogs. 🏡 Raised with Love in Our Family Home Our puppies are being raised in the heart of our family home, surrounded by children,cats and the everyday sights and sounds of family life. As a big, loving family, we spend plenty of time interacting with the puppies through gentle handling, cuddles, play and daily care. We want them to grow up feeling comfortable, confident and accustomed to a busy household. We also love keeping in touch with our puppy owners and encourage them to share plenty of photographs, videos and updates as their little ones grow. Seeing our puppies thrive in their new homes is something we genuinely look forward to, and we are always happy to offer support and advice. 🍼 Preparing Them for Their New Homes We are committed to giving our puppies the best possible start in life, helping them become familiar with everyday routines as they grow. As they develop, we will introduce solid food and establish early toilet-training routines, helping them build positive foundations before joining their new families. Every puppy will leave with a little bundle of familiar essentials to make the transition into their new home as comfortable as possible: * Microchip and accompanying paperwork * A supply of their current food * Appropriate flea and worming treatment * Available veterinary health-check records * Their favourite toy * A blanket or teddy carrying Mum’s familiar scent to help them settle into their new surroundings ❤️ * Copy of parents KC pedigree ❤️ Finding the Right Forever Homes Our priority is finding loving, responsible homes where each puppy will be treated as a cherished member of the family for life. The puppies can be viewed at our home, allowing prospective owners to meet Sky and see the loving environment in which they are being raised. We welcome genuine enquiries from families and individuals who have carefully considered the commitment of owning a Golden Retriever.
