Emma was very communicative, gave great updates and our pup was perfect. Adventurous and no signs of nervous behaviour, she has settled immediately and is the most perfect girl. When we went to pick her up, she was up to date with vaccines and microchipped and had all her parents and grandparents information along with a blanket that smelt like her mum and siblings and even had the cutest Christmas jumper on.
