Gorgeous Mango is looking for her forever home!
Mango is looking for a calm home to give her the stability and love she deserves. Mango is very affectionate and loves nothing more than a human companion to curl up next to. She will happily purr and snooze the day away next to you. She can be a little nervous in new environments and hide away, but with some time and affection she quickly comes out of her shell to show you her wonderful personality.
Mango is not a fan of young children or other cats. She would love to be the only cat in a home with people who could spend a lot of time with her. She's had a lot of upheaval in her life and is looking for a place to call her own.
Mango came to us after her owner sadly had to go into care. She came to us with her sister Tango who tragically died due to an undiagnosed heart issue while under anesthesia (for a routine dental). Since the loss of Tango, Mango has had some further investigations to check out her heart function. Mango has a low grade heart murmur. These are very common in cats, and typically require no further care other than monitoring at routine vet appointments. She has been given a clean bill of health by our vets, and we are as confident as we can be that Mango is healthy, but Mango's adopter will need to be aware that they should continue to monitor her heart murmur and be aware of her sister's history.
She has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. She has tested negative for FIV and FeLV and has been treated for parasites. She comes with 5 weeks free insurance!
