Previously known as Mona during her time in the shelter, Mila is a beautiful mixed-breed girl searching for a very special forever home. She’s currently in kennels in Faversham, Kent, waiting patiently for someone to give her the calm, rural life she thrives in.

Mila is looking for a quiet, adult-only home in a rural area — no cities or busy towns, please. She would love to live with a resident dog of similar size or larger (25kg+) who can help her continue to build confidence. She’s happiest with a dog who’s calm, secure, and doesn’t mind eventually letting her take the lead as she blossoms.

• Shy at first, but loving once she trusts you – she’ll seek affection and even gently take your hand in her mouth to lead you like a dance partner.
• Protective and alert – Mila is naturally watchful and makes a fantastic guard dog. She’s very defensive of her home and people.

CRITERIA: We adopt our dogs to an area in England within a 3-hour drive of Cobham in Surrey. Any garden must be fully secure and have at least 6 ft boundaries. All our home checks are carried out virtually. If your initial application is successful, we will ask you for proof of ID, a video tour of your home and garden. Lastly, we carry out a video home check call.
