Description
Anne arrived nervous and unsure, quietly observing the world around her. With patience and daily guidance, she has blossomed into a gentle, growing-in-confidence girl who’s starting to show her true personality.
She loves relaxing in her bed, sleeps peacefully through the night, and even enjoys watching TV. On walks, she’s doing brilliantly on the lead and gains confidence with every sniff and step.
At home, Anne is affectionate and calm—popping over for head rubs, fully toilet trained, and happy to be left for short periods. She lives well with other dogs and even cats.
Now all Annie needs is her forever home to continue her journey and share her sweet, loving nature. 💛
Anne would suit a low-energy household with calm people and possibly other gentle dogs.
She’s not a rough-and-tumble, playful type of dog, but she does enjoy her walks and simply being a dog around the house, relaxing in her bed and spending time near her people.
History
Anne was living in one of the worst private shelters we have ever seen. She was taken from the kill shelter with the rest of her litter and then left here. The shelter offered the dogs no socialisation or enrichment. No heating in the winter and no respite from the heat in the summer. They were left with nothing to live for. After meeting them we made a commitment to them and now we are so happy that Myla and her sister Anne are finally here.
