Sophie is in foster in Camberley, Surrey.
Five year old Sophie is a young, petite Brittany at @ 10kg with a lovely, gentle nature.
She is an affectionate, happy-go-lucky little girl who is easy-going in the home, sleeps through the night, travels beautifully in the car and has been wonderful with everyone she has met.
She is also very polite with other dogs and loves meeting humans.
Sophie has a high prey drive, particularly for cats, squirrels and birds. Her lead walking is improving although remains a work in progress, and her recall has only been tested in secure fields. Off-lead freedom would therefore need to be introduced gradually in secure areas.
Sophie is a very sweet little dog who has lots of love and fun to give. She just needs someone who understands the needs of a young working-breed Brittany and is prepared to continue her training.

IDEAL HOME:
Sophie would suit an active home that understands Brittanyās and can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation. She is food motivated and would have great fun with scent work, agility or running.
Sorry no cats or small furries in new home.
Sophie could live with older, respectful children.
She could live as an only dog or with another respectful dog.
************************************All of our dogs have an international passport (unless born in the UK) and are microchipped. They are fully vaccinated for standard diseases as well as rabies and kennel cough. All dogs are blood tested for infectious diseases including Leishmaniasis, Dirofilaria, Ehrlichia, Babesia, Anaplasma, Lyme and Brucella canis. All dogs, unless there are medical or behavioural reasons to not do so, will be sterilised. Harry is neutered. Please note that we will advise medical results and treatments upon successful application.
