Description
Unfortunately we are having to find Luna a new home, she is not getting on with our older dog. She’s a lovely people friendly dog who just wants to sit and snuggle up with you. Only problem is she snaps at my other dog as soon as she comes over, she is also not letting my older dog eat or drink. We have to feed them separately. She needs to be the only dog in the home, Luna has not shown any problems around food with people just my dog. Luna is not liking being left and follows you around the house like a little shadow.
I would suggest she goes to a home with older children, Although she can be very calm i’m not sure how she would do with young kids.
Luna is getting snappy with our older dog eating food so we are currently feeding them separately. she is amazing with people and loves a lot of cuddles and attention, she just isn’t wanting to share her attention with another dog. Luna is also unsure of other dogs on our walks, we have been practicing sitting and watching other dogs from a distance. This will need to be carried on. Luna has shown no aggression toward us or people!
So far she is listening and isn’t jumping on the sofa when told not to and is learning to sit, lay down and wait for her food at dinner time which is going well. I feel she is very trainable and I feel with a lot of consistency she will be an amazing dog for someone. We are crate training her and she is sleeping through the night. Luna loves walks and to sniff everything, she is learning not to pull on the lead and is getting there but still needs work. she does have excited wees but this is very normal for a young dog. She takes treats from your hand very gently so this is nice when training her. She loves her walks.
Luna has been vaccinated, wormed, flea treatment and is chipped. Any other questions feel free to ask. We do not have a photo of the mother although she was a German Shepard We do need to find a home ASAP due to the upset of our older dog.
