healthy, strong, and full of love for his family. His vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments are all up to date. one year ago, he had a small eye surgery to remove a tiny piece of his eyelid that was irritating his eye — he recovered fully and has been perfectly fine since.Spirit is a gentle, affectionate dog with those he knows and trusts. He has never growled at any family member and loves cuddles and relaxing on the sofa. True to his breed, he’s protective of his family and will bark when the postman or strangers approach, but he settles once he knows everything is safe.He walks nicely on a lead and usually ignores other dogs unless they come very close — in that case, he may bark or growl a little, especially around unfamiliar people. Spirit grew up with another dog until he was two years old but hasn’t had much dog interaction since. He hasn’t met cats, so his reaction to them is unknown.At home, Spirit is very well-behaved — clean, calm, and never makes a mess when left alone. He enjoys walks and a good run in the park, though he’s not much into toys or balls — he’ll chase once or twice and then prefer a comfy rest.Spirit would make a loyal and loving companion for someone who understands and appreciates the Cane Corso breed — someone who can give him the structure, love, and calm environment he deserves.
