Meet Luna - a gentle soul who is seeking a quiet happy ever after.
Luna’s journey has been one of quiet resilience. Once found as a stray and brought into safety, it took time for her to find a place to call home. But when she finally did, she was deeply loved. Sadly, due to her owner’s terminal illness and move into hospice care, Luna now finds herself back with us and searching once again for a safe place to land. At 10 years old now, she deserves nothing less than a calm, loving home where she can settle in and stay for good.
Luna is a shy and sensitive girl who takes her time to trust, but once she does, her loyalty is unwavering. She’s the kind of companion who will quietly share your space, curled up beside you on the sofa during the evening, or resting peacefully at your feet at night. She isn’t demanding or overly playful. Instead, she offers something softer and deeper - a gentle companionship, quiet presence, and a comforting kind of love that grows stronger with time.
Because of her timid nature, Luna is looking for a strictly indoor-only home where she will feel safe and secure. A peaceful, predictable environment is key, and ideally with a mature, experienced adopter who understands that some cats simply need patience and space to truly shine. She would be happiest in a calm household without children or loud noise, where she can relax into her surroundings at her own pace.
Luna could live as an only cat, which is where she would likely feel most comfortable. With very careful, slow introductions, she may be able to coexist with another gentle, non-dominant cat, but she isn’t one to seek out feline companionship and tends to keep to herself. What she truly wants is a quiet corner, a cosy spot, and a human she can trust.

Luna has clearly been deeply loved, and it’s with great sadness that she finds herself searching for a home once again through no fault of her own. She won’t understand why her world has changed so suddenly, and she may need a little time to adjust and feel safe again. With patience, kindness, and a gentle approach, Luna will slowly begin to rebuild her trust and confidence. This is a truly heartbreaking situation, but what Luna needs now is someone compassionate who can offer her the space, understanding, and forever love she deserves, in a place where she can not just settle, but truly feel safe and thrive again.
