Ruby is a three year old American cocker spaniel with the most beautiful personality. It’s with a heavy heart we are looking at rehoming her as she’s been well loved since we bought her 18 months ago. She is so obedient and knows all the commands such as stay, stop, paw shake and sit and lie down. She loves her cuddles and will bond with the right person quite quickly
However she has been diagnosed with gastric enteropathy which we are managing trialing different foods to see if her tummy settles . I have a copy of the full ultrasound so you know it’s nothing else too sinister
Then along came my granddaughter and she seems very jealous but completely harmless and has no aggression. I think she’s just used to it being me and her so feels very pushed out. She would be better suited to a family with older children and preferably another dog as she came from home with two other dogs and several cats so has struggled to be a lone dog.
Walks well on and off lead and loves her balls 🥎
Would prefer rehoming locally so we can view where she maybe living
Will need to have a garden to manage occasional upset tummies until right diet is found
She has been spayed and is microchipped flea and wormed and all up to date with vaccinations and kennel cough. Goes to doggie daycare once per week and very friendly and sociable
