I have a very handsome very clever 14 month old labrador cross (3/4 lab 1/4 cockapoo) unfortunately need a new experienced home. He's house trained, lead trained on and off lead, knows sit, paw, stay, and will even help bring washing downstairs. He absolutely loves water but no so keen when it's bath time. He is the sweetest boy that loves a cuddle but he does have a few problem areas. Unfortunately he got attacked by a small dog in September and since then has been very nervous of small dogs and people, its something I have been working on with our vets but unfortunately he seems to be getting worse and my busy home seems to making him worse. He has been on some calmers and a routine to try and help with his issues but I feel a house with kids and a busy schedule isn't what he needs right now to help him feel settled. He does live with two young children and has done his whole life but I feel because of some behavioural changes he's been showing he needs a home with no children or maybe mature teenagers that will understand he's needs and space. If you are considering taking on my boy please note that he will need a few visits to be comfortable with you and proof of time and knowledge is a must. My vet will be helping with the homing process to ensure he goes to the perfect home.
