Description
Beautiful Tamaskan puppies from health tested parents.
Mum is a pure Tamaskan Dog registered with the TDRUK and dad is a non registered dog from similar lines, bred as part of an ongoing breeding program to expand the gene pool.
Both parents have been BVA hip scored and elbow tested, heart tested and Embark tested (for 200+ genetic diseases including DM). The lack of registration of these pups is reflected in their pricing, although registration could be gained later on completion of their own health testing.
One of the darker male pups has one blue eye and one brown eye (not standard) and the other darker male has two blue eyes (also not standard) which come from close husky ancestry on dad's side.
Puppies have been born in the house and raised around children and other dogs. They have followed a socialisation programme (including things such as listening to fireworks). They will be microchipped and have followed a worm/tick/flea treatment program. They will also come with a contract, pedigree, a bag of food, toy and scent blanket.
Tamaskan are a breed in their own right, but they do have German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute and Czech Wolfdog in their ancestry (dad also has some of these breeds with the addition of Akita). PLEASE NOTE: Some lines contain very small amounts of wolf content (but not enough to make a difference to their temperaments). They are more biddable than a Husky and can often go off lead, but they do have an independent streak and can be stubborn. They do shed quite a bit and can howl, although mostly they are silent. They can also suffer with car sickness and seperation anxiety which causes them to be destructive.
