I am looking for a very special forever home for our beautiful tiny silver Toy Poodle boy Smudge, who has recently turned 5 years old. This is owing to family circumstances and absolutely nothing to do with Smudge. He is an exceptionally small Toy Poodle, weighing approximately 1.5–2.5kg. He is a genuinely tiny little boy and has a lovely, affectionate nature. He is the cutest dog ever and tiny with a massive personality. He enjoys being around people and would make a wonderful companion for the right home. ❤️ He absolutely adores people and is happiest curled up on someone’s lap. He’s incredibly cuddly, full of personality (I have owned many dogs over the years and never seen one with such a big personality!) He always wants to be involved in whatever you’re doing. He has a hilarious character, loves jumping up to greet you, and if you’re sitting down, he’ll almost certainly decide your lap belongs to him! He’s also wonderfully determined—once he’s decided he wants a cuddle or to be with you, he doesn’t give up easily. In the car, his favourite place is trying to sit on the driver’s lap, so he’ll need a home that safely secures him while travelling. He is good with children and other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for the right family. ❤️ 📋 Important information I want to be completely open and transparent about his history so that anyone considering him knows exactly what they are taking on. • 5 years old • Purebred Toy Poodle • Silver coat • Approximately 1.5–2.5kg • Not KC registered • Not suitable for breeding • He has had approximately 17 teeth removed due to dental problems because of mouth ulcers • He has one descended testicle and the other is retained • He has been fertility tested and has no viable sperm, so he cannot be used as a stud Because of this, I am looking for a loving pet home rather than a breeding home. His new family must understand and be comfortable with his existing medical history and consider getting his testicles removed. He has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old and we want to make sure he goes somewhere where he will be genuinely loved, cared for and treated as a member of the family. ❤️ Because of his tiny size and rare colour, he was a lot more expensive to buy than the £800 I am asking. His home is much more important to us than simply finding a buyer, so I will be asking questions to make sure he is going to a good home. I can also facilitate getting Smudge to the right family if they can’t get to Burnham on Crouch. I am happy to answer any questions honestly and provide further information about him to genuinely interested families.
