Description

Mermaid, Seaweed and Shell came to us from a shipwreck, well, actually from a barn in Devon. They missed a bit of early socialisation so they were very scared when they arrived spending a lot of time hissing and hiding. Since they've been in a foster home they have warmed up a lot and are now playful and happy kittens. Mermaid loves to play and is the most human oriented of her siblings, even if she sometimes likes to pretend otherwise! She hasn't quite realised that hissing doesn't usually mean hello! But if you speak her language she loves pets and will happily sit on laps and get cosy. If you stop petting her before she's done, she might give a little nibble to remind you to keep going! Mermaid is looking for a home with her sister Seaweed. Mermaid has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. She has tested negative for FIV and FeLV and has been treated for parasites. She comes with 5 weeks free insurance! To apply, please head over to our website: https://www.silthssanctuary.co.uk
