Pyro is an exceptional example of the breed, a large, chunky blue golden boy with a plush coat and striking turquoise-green eyes.
Imported by myself as my breeding stud for 2025, I absolutely love his bloodlines and have retained three of his kittens to continue them. Now that his role in my programme is complete, it’s time for him to retire into a special forever home where he can enjoy a relaxing life full of companionship, cuddles and attention.
Pyro has a beautiful temperament. He adores human company and bonds closely with his person. He is affectionate, gentle, and enjoys being near you (Some may say slightly needy), whether that’s chatting to you in the morning or rolling on his back, showing you his belly for stokes. He may be shy initially in a new home environment, but once settled he is incredibly loving.
As both a breeder and a vet myself, health is my absolute priority. Pyro even donated blood saving the life of a very poorly cat that was in need at my work one day.
Pyro has been very well looked after and extensively health tested clear and comes from fully screened cattery including:
* HCM (echo + DNA)
* PKD, PK Def, PRA, SMA
* FeLV/FIV
* Feline Corona Virus Free (FIP free), and Feline Calcivirus free (very rare to find a cattery with this achievement)
* Comprehensive infectious disease screening for viruses and pathogens within our closed cattery
He has only ever been used with my own fully tested queens, as I do not allow visiting cats into my cattery, to prevent introduction of diseases.
Pyro is:
* Fully vaccinated
* Up to date with flea and worming
* Recently castrated
* Recently had a dental prior to his retirement

Pyro will only be placed in a carefully selected home with:
* One calm, spayed female indoor cat (I know that he loves having a female companion)
* Indoor only
* No young children
* Quiet, chilled home environment
* Owners home regularly
* Pet insurance in place
I would love to keep in touch with his new family and am happy to offer ongoing guidance should it be needed. Should circumstances ever change, I would take him back in a heartbeat. If I do not find a home that feels completely right for him, he will remain with me - his happiness will always come first.
