Description

For REHOMING - Pets4Homes does not allow users to place your pet in the adoption column unless you are a registered charity. I am putting up my beautiful companion for adoption - Luna. Unfortunately I have had some life changes, and will likley be out of the country for most of the year going forward. I want to provide her with a life that I can't reasonable do now, and she deserves better than that. She is an absolute darling in the house. Wouldn't steal a piece of bacon from your plate even if it was on the floor. She is not a high energy/frantic dog and loves a good cuddle and scratch on the sofa. Fully house trained, she has never had an accident in the house. Has been travelling with me in a caravan/camper for the better part of 2 years. Originally from Latvia, I had her from about 9 months old. Shephard mix, she comes with the typical shepard vocals, but they are not excessive and does stop when told, normally. She is good with other dogs once she has been introduced to them in a comfortable manor. Does have a protective nature of me and my family, but this does not show whenever she goes to dog boarders/doggy daycare. High prey drive when out on a walk, has lived on a farm and does not chase the sheep she knows, but if in a new/unfamiliar place will need to be on lead. Can be reactive on a walk with me, but funnily enough never with the dog walkers/boarders. Fully vaccinated each year, regular worming and flea treatment. No know health issues other than the occasional ear irritation if she has been in dirty/muddy water. Has lived with multiple dogs, cats and other animals. Neutered and microchipped. She is not good with small children. She is anxious around them. I would absolutely adore to provide her with a huge garden that she can roam around in, or continue to travel around in my van with her, but my life unfortunately is going in a different trajectory. I am in no rush to rehome as I have great relationships with multiple dog boarders across the UK and will happily use them while i work away until the right home is found for her. I am based mainly in Dumfries but do move around alot.
