🐔 Three lovely hens looking for a new home together 💜 We’re looking to rehome our three much-loved family pet chickens as a little group. We have two Silkie hens, who we’ve had for around two years, and Sue, our Lavender Pekin hen, who came to us from another home. Sue is an older girl, probably around 8 years old, and she has very much become the mother hen of the group. The two Silkies are incredibly attached to her, so we really wouldn’t want to separate them. We’re therefore looking for a loving new home for all three together, for one set price. They are very much family pets and we’d ideally like them to go somewhere smaller and more personal — perhaps a smallholding, smaller farm, or simply someone looking for a few lovely hens as pets. We don’t want them going into a large commercial or farm-style flock.
