Description
Storm came to us from another home in January, as we were looking to find a companion for our other GSD. Unfortunately she does not get along with our other dog, and although we’ve tried, our other dog was here first. Storm is eager to please, treat driven, excellent off-lead, and has an overall positive demeanour. She is also crate trained for car rides, overnights, and shouldn’t be left to roam alone due to her chewing tendencies. Her drawbacks we have not been able to change include being very vocal, pulls when on-lead, aggressive to strangers, and resource guarding. Although Storm has lived in two households with small children, due to her sheer size and the speed she prefers to travel, she would do well in a household with older children that she can’t knock over accidentally. Storm requires a lot of exercise and chew toys or she can be destructive. Breed familiarity is a MUST with Storm as she will need someone who is able to focus on her and put in the time and energy necessary to reach her potential. Storm is good with other dogs, while still a puppy herself, not sure about smaller animals as we haven’t had the exposure/experience. Storm is microchipped, up to date on vaccines and flea and worm treatment, and enjoys weekly baths.
