Description

Xenon del Matochar is a handsome three year old Brittany (DOB: 2/11/2022) who was rescued after his breeder faced eviction, putting 33 Brittanys in Madrid at risk. The dogs from this breeder arrived very scared of humans and it’s thought that they were nearly all kept in individual crates for most of the day. Xenon is a friendly young dog with a tail! So many Brittanys are born tailless or docked soon after birth, it is rare for us to rescue a Brittany with a full tail. Xenon is small in size and very active with lots of energy to burn. He is very sociable with other dogs and gets along well in multi-dog settings. Xenon is affectionate and attached to people, forming strong bonds easily. He loves going out into the enclosure to run around and sniff everything. Like many of the Brittanys rescued from this breeder, he is likely to have been used for hunting, breeding and showing.
