Male Alexandrine Parakeet – Pistachio – 18 Months Old It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to rehome my beautiful male Alexandrine parakeet, Pistachio. Due to increasing personal responsibilities, I am unfortunately no longer able to give him the time and attention he deserves. This has not been an easy decision, and I am looking for a caring, experienced home where he will continue to be loved. Pistachio is currently 18 months old and is a healthy, active, and curious bird. He is semi-tame and enjoys spending time outside of his cage during the day, flying around and exploring his surroundings. He especially loves playing with and chewing natural wooden toys, so he will need plenty of safe chew toys to keep him entertained. He has been raised on a good diet and enjoys eating pellets as his main food. His favourite fruits include apples and grapes, and he is always happy to try other fruits as well. His favourite treat is the Vitakraft Feather Care Sticks, which he absolutely loves. He would suit someone who has the time and patience to continue building his confidence and bond with him. Alexandrines are intelligent parrots that thrive with regular interaction and enrichment. Price: * £650 – Pistachio and his food * £850 – Pistachio with his cage and all accessories, including toys, perches, food, and treats, so he has everything he needs to settle into his new home.
