Milo is my beautiful miniature dachshund, and writing this is truly heartbreaking. I love him more than words can explain, and this decision has been incredibly painful for me. As much as I wish I could keep him, I know in my heart that rehoming him is the most selfless thing I can do for his wellbeing. Milo deserves a home where he can get everything he needs and more, and I want nothing more than for him to be safe, happy, and deeply loved. Letting him go does not mean I love him any less. It means I love him enough to put his needs first and ensure he goes to a truly good, caring home.
