BEAR is a gentle, sweet little lad with a soft heart and an even softer coat. His previous family surrendered him for ‘personal reasons’. However, his normal, intact-male behaviour — humping other dogs and sometimes people — might have been another reason…? This is common in young unneutered males and already easing in foster care.
He was described as a Lowchen, though he appears more like a Maltese/Bichon/Poodle‑type mix — a fluffy, expressive, affectionate boy who just wants security and love.
