This is Jim.
Jim is safe. Jim is warm. Jim is loved in his foster home.
But Jim still doesn’t have his own person.
And every day he waits.
Jim spent almost three years in a shelter.
Three years watching dogs leave while he stayed behind.
Three years being overlooked because he was “just another big dog.”
Three years learning to lie quietly, hoping someone would notice him.
Now he’s out of the shelter…
And still, the silence continues.
In foster, Jim has shown us who he truly is.
🧸 He is a teddy bear.
🧸 Soft. Gentle. Loving.
🧸 Calm, easygoing, and deeply affectionate.
He doesn’t demand.He doesn’t jump around.He doesn’t ask for much.
Jim is happiest lying near his people, watching life quietly, soaking up love like he’s afraid it might disappear again.
He fits in beautifully with other dogs, enjoys group walks, walks nicely on lead, travels well in the car, and is fully house trained. He is the kind of dog who makes life calmer just by being there.
Jim is 5 years and 11 months old GSD cross , aprx 50 kg .
Not a puppy.Not flashy.
Just a good, loyal boy who wants one thing:
A home where he will never be left behind again.

He isn’t asking for adventure.
He is asking for:
