Description
Three Souls. One Bond. One Last Hope.
They are five years old.
They have been in the shelter since they were puppies.
Rescued from a public killing station together.
Pongo (male, June 2017)
Seppy (male, June 2020)
Diddy (female, May 2020)
This beautiful trio was never chosen to be adopted.
Not because they are not gentle.
Not because they are not worthy.
But because they need something rare.
They need each other.
They have lived side by side for years — through fear, through noise, through endless barking, through the daily stress of shelter life. Hundreds of dogs. No garden. No quiet corner in the sun. No safe space to truly rest.
They grew up together.
They survived together.
They became inseparable.
And that bond is both their greatest strength… and their biggest obstacle.
Because who is willing to give three shy hearts a chance?
We are searching for something extraordinary.
A real rescue-minded place.
People with experience in timid shelter dogs.
People who understand that nothing should be expected from them.
People who will give them space — not pressure.
Time — not demands.
Safety — not performance.
They do not need much to be happy.
A converted space with a secure run.
A large kennel with outdoor access (and also comfortable indoors).
A safe, enclosed space where they can:
rest together
play together
eat well
lie in the sun
and simply be dogs — without fear — for the first time in their lives
They are not asking for a sofa.
They are asking for peace and to beloved like they are.
After five years in constant shelter stress, they deserve at least one chance to breathe.
We know we are looking for a needle in a haystack.
But maybe… just maybe… that needle exists.
We refuse to give up on them.
The Reality
Each of them has been cared for for five years, kept safe thanks to the foundation’s continuous support in a private shelter.
If the right people step forward, the foundation is willing to:
Support for medical care (in consultation, if needed)
Cover all costs to let them travel to UK (like transport, vaccinations, blood tests etc.)
We ask only a symbolic adoption contribution of €500 total (for all 3 together)
They are living proof of how resilient — and how fragile — rescue dogs can be.
We hope someone sees them.
Not as a burden.
Not as a project.
But as three loyal souls who only ever had each other.

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
