I'm looking to re-home my mourning geckos as I am downsizing my collection and want them to get more attention than I can offer currently. I think there are 3 or 4 adults in the main tank, and several clutches of eggs. I also have 2 juveniles in a nursery tank as the adults can sometimes eat the babies, so if possible I take the eggs out. These are also included in the sale. The tank is a 30x30x30 exo-terra Bioactive tank that seems to be thriving and has been for the last year or so. There are springtails and Armadillidium Vulgare isopod mix as clean up crew. The setup will include the UBV/heat lamp and thermostat, but they share a heat mat with another tank so I will need to keep that - I can offer a smaller heat mat to last until another one is able to be purchased. All the geckos are active, incredibly good feeders and never had any problems shedding. They're brilliant to watch run around and hear chirping together. I feed them 2 bowls of crested gecko diet (which I will include 2 flavours of) 2/3 times a week, and they occasionally get size 2 crickets leftover from other geckos feeding. They go NUTS for the crickets! They can sometimes be offered fruit flies, which they also go nuts for. For anyone who doesn't know much about this species, they are pathogenic which means they are all female and lay eggs without physical reproduction being needed. They're an awesome species, great to watch with real personalities! I'm asking for £120 for the geckos, the tank and everything in it, the heat lamp & thermostat, and the created gecko diet plus any other bits I think may be helpful for their care. I'm happy to deliver anywhere if fuel is covered for the journey. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask!
