Beautiful 9-month-old Ragdoll x Persian boy looking for his forever home 🐾 We’re sadly looking for a new home for our gorgeous boy. He’s a beautiful long-haired Ragdoll x Persian with amber eyes, a fluffy coat and the sweetest little personality once he gets to know you. He is naturally a shy cat, particularly with strangers, so he isn’t the type of cat who will immediately run over to someone new for attention. However, once he knows and trusts you, he is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He’ll follow us around the house, rub himself against our legs, come over for strokes and cuddles, purr away when he’s getting attention and has the cutest, softest little meow. ❤️ I’ve included a video on the listing of him happily snuggling with my partner so you can see what he’s really like when he’s comfortable with someone. The reason we’re rehoming him is simply that he isn’t happy living with young children. When our children are home and the house is busy, he tends to hide away. Once they’re in bed and the house is quiet, he comes straight back out and happily follows us around wanting attention. For that reason, we’re looking for a child-free home where he’ll have the opportunity to properly relax and come out of his shell. A home with older, calm teenagers may also be suitable. He currently lives with other cats and is well socialised with them, so we’d be happy for him to live either with other friendly cats or as the only cat. He was originally raised as an indoor cat but has also been allowed outside over the summer, so we’d be happy to consider either a suitable indoor home or a home where he can eventually have safe outdoor access. About him: - Approximately 9 months old - Male Ragdoll x Persian - Beautiful long-haired coat and amber eyes - Fully litter trained - Used to living with other cats - Flea and worm treatment up to date -Vaccinations completed - No known health concerns - Not currently neutered - Child-free home required We want potential owners to be aware that he will probably be shy when you first meet him. Please don’t be put off if he doesn’t immediately interact with you at a viewing – that’s completely normal for him with somebody new and isn’t representative of the affectionate cat he becomes once he feels safe. Likewise, we’d expect him to need a few days to settle into a new home and start getting to know his new people. He just needs someone who understands that trust takes a little time. Once he does trust you, he’s honestly such a lovely little cat – gentle, affectionate, fluffy and very sweet-natured. 🥰 We’re looking for a loving, permanent home where he’ll be given the time to settle and can enjoy a calmer environment without young children.
