Beautiful boy Oscar is desperate for a new home.
Oscar is a Mioritic/Caucasion shepherd mix and at 19 months old He’s a typical pup and loves to play and bounce about.
Oscar is loyal but quite nervous of strangers so will bark at new people who enter the household. He loves a treat though & will settle down once he knows there’s something good in it for him. He’s not reactive in the garden and loves a cuddle and a play. He’s a big strong boy and tends to pull
and lunge if he sees strange people or dogs on a walk on his lead but walks beautifully if he doesn’t meet anyone new. He’s happy with a halti which helps with managing him a lot.
Oscar possesses the usual LGD (livestock guardian dog) traits and so would be better in a home with no young children or other pets. He will vie for dominance with other dogs and is a bit boisterous. He has a mountain of love to give and is very affectionate but needs an owner with large breed experience who can understand him & guide his way.

🧡 Not yet neutered due to age, size & is nervous, however adopter will be requested to sign a neuter agreement as part of contract & once vet agrees this will need to be honoured.
