Wow! We are SO impressed with Nicola and feeling very lucky with our new pup. Our puppy is happy, confident and settled so well straight away. She is happy to explore and play on her own but also playful with us and super cuddly too. Nicola sent us weekly pupdates as she promised, and she even started getting puppy used to different surfaces, car journeys, the crate and more before she came so we've really noticed how chilled our pup is with noises and family life. We felt comfortable with the health of the puppies and parents and felt coming to Nicola was well worth it. No regrets at all - we are very happy!
