Description

Hector is a lovely GWP x Vizsla currently living in Tyne and Wear. He has been with his owners since he was a puppy and has grown into a happy, affectionate and energetic lad. Due to challenging circumstances at home, his owners have made the difficult decision to ask us to help find a new home for Hector. Hector is a fantastic dog who loves swimming, running and carrying around a ball in his mouth. He also has good recall and is toilet trained. He’s a great canicross dog and would like a family that will continue to take him out on fun adventures. Hector can struggle with other dogs when caught in small or narrow spaces when he is on lead, but can cope better with calm dogs or in areas where he has more space to move away. He currently lives with another dog and could do again providing new owners are happy to manage introductions slowly to get it right for Hector. Hector cannot live with young children, but he may be suited to a home with sensible, dog savvy teenagers who understand the importance of giving him space when needed.
