Description
This is incredibly hard for me to write, and it truly breaks my heart, but we are looking for a very special home for our beloved Bella.
Bella has been a much-loved part of our family, and this decision has not been made lightly. If circumstances were different, she would be staying with us. Our only priority is to find her a safe, loving home where she will be cared for and understood.
Bella was born in August 2018 (7 years old). She is a sweet, affectionate, and loyal dog who loves being close to her people and forms strong bonds.
Unfortunately, I am currently pregnant with my second child, and due to Bella’s health and behaviour, we can no longer safely keep her. She has arthritis which can cause her pain, and when she is uncomfortable she can become unpredictable. For the safety of our young child and growing family, we have had to make this heartbreaking decision.
🔹 Health:
* Arthritis (managed, but can cause discomfort)
* A mass that has been checked by the vet and is currently being monitored
* The mass does not appear to be causing her pain
🔹 Temperament:
* Very loving and affectionate
* Loyal and attached to her owner
* Anxious, so she needs patience and understanding
* Can be unpredictable when in pain
* Not suitable for homes with young children
🔹 Ideal Home:
Bella would do best in a calm, quiet home with someone experienced and patient, who understands anxious dogs and is willing to give her the time and care she needs. She needs a stable environment where she can feel safe and relaxed.
💛 Please note:
Finding the right home is far more important to us than anything else. This is an extremely difficult decision, and we will only let her go to someone we feel is right for her. We are happy to answer any questions and want to make sure she is going somewhere she will be truly loved and safe.
