We are reducing numbers as we are planning an extended trip abroad, so have 18 laying hens for sale, ready to go between now and the end of October.
They came to us as point of lay in November 2024, so would have been hatched in July 2024. They are still laying fantastically well, as we are getting 16-17 eggs a day, and occasionally all 18. Good size eggs with very nice yellow yolks.
We have mobile chicken tractors, so they get fresh grass every day to supplement their diet. No health issues whatsoever, and they've been wormed every 3 months with Flubenvet.
