We had been looking forward to welcoming two mini pigs into our family and genuinely believed they would be a wonderful addition to our home. Unfortunately, since bringing them home, it has become clear that the situation is not working out as we had hoped. Our son has become very frightened of the piglets, and despite us really wanting to make it work, we have realised that keeping them would not be fair on our son or on the pigs. This is not their fault at all. They are still very young and deserve a home where everyone in the family feels comfortable and where they can be fully loved, enjoyed and given the time and attention they deserve. For that reason, we have made the difficult decision to find them a new home. Our priority is finding the right home for them where they can stay together, settle in and be loved by the whole family.
