We are fully licensed 5 stars breeders who have been fully checked by a vet and local council licensing officer... we are 5 star rated by our council for our high standards!
Although we’re licensed breeders we are family hobby breeders who literally live for our dogs and loooove and adore our pups ... it’s our life... so rest assured you are buying from a proper place, non of these dreadful puppy farms!! We have lots of land and space in general so these pups have a super place to begin their life’s journey...

As cairns pups are rather hard to come by these days you may wonder why we don’t have a waiting list, it’s simple we DONT do waiting lists … we’ve tried it but we’ve found it just doesn’t work as we end up chasing people who then have found a cairn (often on endless cairn breeders lists) changed their minds now or just TIMEWASTERS so simply when we have cairns we advertise them

🐶when ready to leave us I buy ADVOCATE from the vets on prescription which is a flea/worm treatment. I administer this infront of you so you know it’s been done
🐶puppy health guarantee - which is a full money back guarantee if you get your own health check done by a vet of your choice , if your vet finds an issue we'll take the puppy back and refund you... this health check must be done within the first x5 days of taking your pup home … we do this to guarantee that we are confident these puppies are healthy and aren't selling you poorly puppies...
🐶 puppy agreement for both parties (for buyers peace of mind and a legal requirement for our license)

They were born in our home and have remained in our home and will remain indoors right up to leaving us, they are not in a kennels outside ... they will want for nothing! We have huge amounts of space in our farmhouse and huge secure garden
Please be aware due to dog / puppy thefts our house is and whole perimeter is covered state of the art cctv / recording both visual and sound … we also have large guard dogs.
Your car registration will be taken via CCTV
These pups will require grooming commitments from new homes so please consider this before thinking of buying a cairn terrier
Please do your research on cairns if you’ve not owned one before as they are terriers who can have a mind of their own … bit equally they make AMAZING family pets
Cairn Terriers are considered good for allergy sufferers because they have a low-shedding, double coat and are often listed as hypoallergenic. However, no dog is completely hypoallergenic, as allergens are also present in dander, saliva, and urine.
If you feel one of these cheeky outgoing utter bundles of fun if for you then please don't hesitate to contact us ... all we ask is please make sure you actually want a puppy & not to make an appointment to view then not turn up ... we are a very busy family and literally don't have time for timewasters so please don't waste our time..

Please note I DO NOT use pets 4 homes to take my deposits or full final payments - I’m within my rights to do this. I’m a council licensed and registered breeder and im capable to manage my own payments I don’t need a third party to do this! Pets for homes also take a while to pay out to breeders and they add % for themselves that the buyer has to pay … Please don’t ask I don’t use their system (many other breeders don’t either)
We also don’t take offers on our puppies so please don’t ask you will be turned away
