Description

💙🐶 ARLO – A HANDSOME SMART BOY WITH ENDLESS CUDDLES! 🐶💙 • SIZE: 26kg • NEUTERED: Yes • CHARACTER: Friendly • Intelligent • Playful • Confident • Affectionate • DOGS: Very friendly, loves playing with other dogs • CATS: Not tested • HOME LIFE: Fully housetrained, crate trained, can be left for a few hours at a time. Arlo has been living with his owner, but unfortunately, a long-term military deployment means his owner can no longer provide him with the home and companionship he deserves. He already knows several commands, including sit, down, wait, paw and middle. He enjoys learning and would be a fantastic companion for someone interested in continuing his training. Arlo absolutely loves playing with other dogs. Fetch, tug-of-war, running around and enjoying a good game are among his favourite activities. He can bark during play and occasionally become a mouthy when overexcited but this is improving with redirection. Arlo needs enough physical activity and mental stimulation to keep him happy. When his needs are met, he's a calm, relaxed and affectionate companion. Without enough to do, he can become rather boisterous and start looking for ways to entertain himself. He walks nicely on a figure of 8/halti but he does pull on a collar or harness. His recall needs lots of practice around distractions but he’s very food motivated and intelligent. Arlo would thrive with an active family who enjoy long walks, outdoor adventures, games and training. He needs people who appreciate the energy and intelligence of a young Doberman–Labrador cross and are happy to continue helping him develop into a well-mannered adult. (last vaccination 22 September 2026) and microchipped. No known medical conditions.
