It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we are looking for the perfect forever home for our beautiful boy, Winston. Due to changes in our work commitments, we are now spending significantly more time away from home, and we feel it is no longer fair for such an active, intelligent breed to miss out on the time, exercise and companionship he deserves. This has been an extremely difficult decision for our family, and we are committed to finding him the very best home. Winston is a 10-month-old Kennel Club Registered German Shorthaired Pointer . He is a stunning black and white spotted and ticked male from excellent working bloodlines with a fantastic temperament. He is an affectionate, loyal and intelligent young dog who loves being around people and is always eager to please. Winston has been raised in a busy family home and is fantastic with children. He is also used to being around farm animals and is well socialised with both people and other dogs. He has an excellent recall, travels brilliantly in the car, is fully toilet trained and crate trained, making him a pleasure to have around. Winston has no known health issues and has been well cared for since day one. We are in no rush to rehome Winston. Finding the right forever home is far more important than finding a quick one. Ideally, we'd love him to go to an active family or individual who understands the German Shorthaired Pointer breed and can continue to give him the exercise, training, love and attention he deserves.
