Introducing our lovely tortoise, Ziggy đ˘
Ziggy was born in 2022 and has been a much-loved member of our family since 2023. We havenât had Ziggy sexed yet, so weâre unsure whether he or she is male or female.
Ziggy is a wonderful, low-maintenance pet who lives happily in our living room and has become a real focal point for both our children and visitors.
Sadly, weâve made the very difficult decision to rehome Ziggy. Our daughter, who was a baby when we first got him and is now 3, has developed environmental allergies. While we are doing everything we can to manage this, we need to eliminate any possible contributing factors in our home, and weâre concerned that Ziggyâs enclosure and bedding may be part of the issue.
This has not been an easy choice, but our daughterâs health must come first.
Ziggy will come with his full setup, including enclosure, heat lamp, feeding bowls, and some food. We paid ÂŁ550 for Ziggy and everything included back in 2023, and weâve priced him to sell promptly.
Most importantly, we are looking for a loving, responsible home for Ziggy. Itâs very important to us that he goes to someone who will care for him as much as we have.
