Meet Jon Bon, a gorgeous 6-year-old mixed-breed boy who is now looking for a very special forever home. ❤️ Jon Bon has a super temperament and is a medium-sized boy weighing around 15kg. He is neutered and vaccinated. This lovely boy has sadly spent his whole life living in a private shelter, so until recently he had never lived in a house. After just one week with Helen and her family, he is already a completely different dog and is discovering how lovely life can be. 🥹❤️ He is still a little nervous and jumpy, and the big wide world of household appliances has been quite a shock! 😂 The TV, toaster and washing machine were all extremely scary to begin with, but he's gradually getting used to everything and gaining confidence every day. Jon Bon really does have lovely temperament. He absolutely loves everyone and especially adores his human foster dad. ❤️ He is house trained, good on the lead and good in the car. He loves getting out and about and enjoys his walks, but he doesn't need hours and hours of exercise. A 15-minute run and sniff around in a secure field is something he absolutely loves. What home does Jon Bon need? Jon Bon would suit a relatively quiet household* with people who understand that he has had a huge amount to learn and are prepared to give him time, patience and reassurance while he settles. He can live with older children, but little noisy children would be too much for him and he would likely struggle and hide. He loves other dogs and would really benefit from having a resident dog to help build his confidence and show him the ropes. There is no malice whatsoever in this boy. He's honestly a bit of a doofus and rather stupid* 🤣 — but in the absolute sweetest way! After spending his entire life in a shelter, Jon Bon is finally learning what it feels like to be part of a family.
