💛 A VERY SPECIAL GOLDEN BOY LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME 💛 This is one of the hardest posts for me to write, because this gorgeous boy is truly a special one. He is 21 months old but still very much a baby at heart, a big, lovable, slightly ridiculous DUFFUS with an enormous amount of love to give. 🥰 He originally came to me having spent his early life in a kennel environment, and it has been incredibly rewarding watching him blossom. He is now very well socialised with both people and other dogs, but emotionally he is still very much a youngster who needs someone with plenty of time, patience, love and a little bit of training to help him continue to mature. He is an Italian import of outstanding quality, with champions throughout his pedigree. He is DNA clear for PRA, FN, AMS and AON, has a clear BVA eye test, and has been hip and elbow scored. He really is the complete package on paper, but more importantly, his character is what makes him so special. He is a total clown, incredibly affectionate and has so much personality. ❤️ If I'm completely honest, I am absolutely gutted at the thought of letting him go. However, being a small home breeder, it simply doesn't seem fair to keep such a wonderful boy purely for the occasional stud duty when, realistically, he is unlikely to be used very often. What I want for him now is a forever home where he can be someone's boy, have plenty of attention, lots of time, training, adventures and, most importantly, be completely adored. He isn't going to suit everyone. Ideally, I would prefer a home without small children, simply because he is such a big, exuberant clown and can be rather lacking in awareness of his own size! 😂 For the right person, however, I genuinely believe he could be an incredibly special companion.
