Description
This is a really difficult decision, but Iām looking to find the right home for my beautiful rescue rabbit, Snowy.
Sheās an almost 4-year-old white female who I adopted from a rabbit rescue in Croydon. Sheās such a loving girl who enjoys being stroked and getting lots of attention, although she doesnāt like being picked up (which is very understandable for a rescue).
Snowy has a big personalityāsheās confident, sassy, curious, and very dominant. Sadly, Iāve come to realise sheās just too much for my very gentle, submissive male rabbit. They groom each other and do get on in many ways, but she chases him around food and likes to remind him sheās boss! Itās simply not the right match for either of them.
Because of this, I think Snowy would be happiest either as a solo house rabbit with lots of human interaction or bonded with a confident male who can match her personality.
I also want to be honest that sheās quite destructive around the house. Iāve tried lots of enrichment and different approaches, but she still loves chewing carpets and household items, so sheāll need a home thatās well rabbit-proofed and understands this is part of who she is.
She has her vet records, and finding the right home is much more important to me than finding one quickly.
If you think Snowy might be the right fit for your home, please send me a message. Iād love to chat and answer any questions. š¤
