Description
It’s with a heavy heart that we are looking to rehome our 2-year-old female Chow Chow. Father is a DWKC registered merle and mother is DWKC and KC lilac and Fawn.
Due to a recent change in our housing situation and the arrival of a newborn, we can no longer give her the time and environment she truly deserves.
She is black/chocolate in colour and carries merle traits, making her especially unique and striking. She has a typical Chow Chow temperament—loyal and devoted once she bonds, but naturally reserved and can take time to feel comfortable around new people. Because of this, she would be best suited to a patient and understanding owner who is familiar with the breed or willing to learn. She is cuddly and still a puppy at heart, loves walks and cuddles and playing with the children. She is like my shadow and wants to be by my side constantly I am so sad to have to make this decision and would not if I had another option.
She needs a calm, loving home where she can have the time, space, and attention to thrive. Once she trusts you, she is incredibly rewarding and affectionate in her own way. Has been in a home with children (9 and 10 year old) since birth however she can be nervous with meeting new people so would need slow introductions and supervision with people who are new to her.
This is not an easy decision for us, so we are looking for the very best home where she will be cared for and cherished.

Has been microchipped and had full vaccinations and records will be transferred on purchase, mum is KC and DWKC registered but due to merle traits this dog is DWKC registered only. We have had to put a price on her but we do not want payment just as long as she goes to a good home.
