Hannah arrived in the U.K. November 25’ & has continued to blossom. She flourished in Europe despite her situation because for her it was the closest she’d ever had to a home. She’s always been joyful around
other dogs & a gentle & happy girl to be
around. She’d make someone the most
stunning of companions & she’s so pretty. There is no better way to illustrate her
qualities than through the experience of
her foster family. We always ask them for a ‘day in the life of’ & here is some of their feedback.

“Dear leesa, I know you know Hannah, so
im sure none of this will come as a
surprise. Hannah is an absolutely precious girl. I honestly don’t have a bad word to
say about her really. Very joyful and just wonderful to be around.
She’s toileting in the garden and was
responding so so well to clicker training
yesterday. She clearly wants to learn new things, and is finding it exciting. She doing well walking on the harness and lead so
far, and she’s building her confidence. Such as coming across strangers, and when its getting darker in the evenings. She's showing real bravery to be honest. She is SUCH a loving sweetheart.
Impossible not to fall for. For such a long- legged girl, she’s incredibly dainty and
light on her feet, proper princess. She’ll attempt to curl herself into the smallest little positions just to fit onto your lap,
ending up overflowing everywhere, belly on show. She melts into your arms like it’s the safest place in the world. She wants nothing more than to give love, and to be loved. She truly will make the most
wonderful family dog, and whoever ends up with her will be incredibly lucky.
We feel Hannah would thrive in a more energetic and accessible home.
She's such a brilliant little babe, she deserves only the best.
Hi again leesa I’ve prepared a couple more write ups to choose from
Hannah is a truly gentle and affectionate girl with a huge heart who thrives on
companionship. She loves enriching walks where she can explore, follow her nose,
and enjoy friendly hellos with people and other dogs. Afterwards she’s happiest
curled up close to you for a cosy movie
night (firm favourites include Bolt, Lady
and the Tramp and Homeward Bound).
She is toilet trained, understanding ‘wee
wee ’. She is a quiet girl and barely barks. She loves to cuddle, a lot! And also
enjoys snoozing and time alone. She loves play time, and loves her zoomies... where she treats herself to another well deserved nap after.
Her lead walking is improving all the time, but is really good anyway. Hannah has
honestly amazed me with training! She’s taken to clicker training incredibly well both indoors and outdoors, and she’s
already learning tricks, you can see how much she enjoys learning and thrives
doing it.
As she’s settled, her confidence has grown
and her inner puppy is shining through.
She’s enjoying play, coming out of her
shell, and showing more of her personality every day. She plays safely and knows
when it’s time to take herself off to chill. She has huge potential to be an amazing family companion, and she’s been lovely with children on short visits so far.
Dogs: Hannah is generally good with other dogs and greets happily in the park. If she
gets very excited to play, she can
sometime become a bit overwhelmed and seem unsure for a moment. But she’s not aggressive, it’s very manageable, and she responds really well with a little patience, space, and some calm support. We’re
working on steady, positive socialising and she’s already doing really well, improving on her confidence every day.
Other notes: She has been okay left alone for short periods (you might come home to a sock in her bed, she’s a collector). She’s not food reactive and is comfortable being handled, and scooped up. Recall training is ongoing and she is currently managed on a long lead, as birds, squirrels and other
small animals are still very exciting, so off-
lead isn’t suitable yet unless in an enclosed area.
Hannah has only been with us a short time, but she’s taken a big piece of our hearts. We’ll be genuinely sad to see her go.
Having her with us has been such a wonderful experience,
and whoever becomes her forever home is about to become the luckiest people!
