I am looking for a kind, responsible and experienced home for my entire flock of approximately 50–60 birds.
The flock is a lovely mixture of garden fantails, pigeons and doves, with mostly white birds as well as some different colours. There is a mixture of ages, from young birds around 8 weeks old through to adults over 1 year old.
These birds have been kept together as a flock, and my main priority is finding someone who has the appropriate space, housing and experience to look after them properly.
I am not looking to make money from them. I understand that some of these birds could potentially be sold individually or as pairs, but that isn't what I am interested in. I would much rather find a genuine bird lover, experienced keeper, breeder, smallholding or similar suitable home where they can continue to be well cared for.
Very important: I am looking for someone who can take the whole flock together. Unfortunately, I do not want people coming to select individual birds or particular pairs.
They are being offered free of charge to the right home. Because there are approximately 50–60 birds, you will need to have suitable accommodation already available and be able to arrange safe transportation for all of them.
If you are genuinely interested, please send me a message telling me a little about where the birds would be kept and your experience with pigeons/doves. This is simply so I can be comfortable knowing that they are going somewhere suitable.
Finding them a safe, caring and permanent new home is much more important to me than receiving any money for them.
Please only enquire if you are able to take and properly accommodate the entire flock.
