We have a lovely female Standard Poodle available to the right home. She is a smaller-sized Standard Poodle, with the wonderful temperament and character you would expect from the breed. She has been raised within our licensed kennel environment and has previously had one litter with us. She is a very sociable girl and is excellent with other dogs, regardless of breed or size. She enjoys canine company and would be well suited to a home where she can continue to have plenty of interaction and companionship. She has also been around our 4-year-old daughter and is comfortable around children. She can be quite excitable and enthusiastic, which is typical of the Poodle breed, so she would benefit from an owner who understands the breed and can provide her with continued guidance, exercise and mental stimulation. 🐾 Training As she has been kennel raised, she is not currently house trained, and this will need to be worked on by her new owner. She is also not particularly well trained on the lead at present, so her new family will need to be prepared to spend time building her lead manners and general obedience. She is an intelligent breed and should respond well to consistent, positive training. She is, however, very good at the groomers and is accustomed to being handled and groomed. 🏡 The Right Home We are looking for a loving, committed home that understands that taking on an adult dog can require some patience and training. She is not being advertised as a perfectly trained pet and we want to be completely transparent about this. She would suit an owner who has the time, patience and commitment to continue her training, provide plenty of exercise and give her the individual attention she deserves. Experienced and knowledgeable homes preferred. Please get in touch with some information about yourself, your home and the lifestyle you could offer her. We are more interested in finding her the right home than simply the quickest home.
